Text of Complaint by Sanjaykumar:

Hi,
I have ordered from Ajio, the blue dart is the delivery incharge. The person from blue dart has attempted to deliver the item on the day 25/07/2023 of delivery @10pm in the night to the deliver location which is my working location address.
Who will be in the office working location at 10pm in the night. And he didn’t even waited for 5 mins, he told he left location and he will be back on tomorrow only. He is casually telling like I have gone home so he will come tomorrow.

On the next day morning he came to deliver and said UPI is not working and asked to pay via cash. How he is expecting the customer to have alternate payment. Is this the customer service you are providing to customer.

Even I have gone to nearest ATM to withdraw cash, but ATM is not worked, so he told he will come back at night 9pm, so
I have called him at 9 pm to know about the arrival time of delivery. “He is answering like I’m at traffic he don’t know when he will come and said he will come tomorrow and he can’t come today because he at traffic rudely manner”.

Is this correct way of treating the customer.
You are running the customer service right or anything else. We are paying for you, and you guys will treat the customer with rude behaviour.

Please take necessary action on this delivery person.
