Text of Complaint by Airtel:

Today I visited your Airtel store in the East of Kailash to remove my airtel black plan account number 10101014406720. When i arrived at the store at first they ignored me and said me that this plan will not be removed now. Then i visited there again. Now they started calling the customer care and told me to call them and to ask how much i have pay to settle the bill. What is this ? Is this the way to behave with customers ? I have visited there to call customer care ? After that i payed 1500 in cash for payment of 1382 to them and they returned only 100 to me and saying they don’t have change. They said to me to charge more of 18 rupees. They took my 30 minutes of time and energy. I want my change back and apology from there side. I will not visit the store from now, this is the worst service i received till now from airtel.
