I did bought a jiofiber connection and after a month due to some reasons , I wasn’t able to continue so I requested to jio for my cancellation of current connection and after the successful cancellation process , during the time of recovey the local employee of jio who was supposed to recover the device was not coming to recover and behaving rudely and abusively and saying he’ll not come . Is this the way to react to your customers and is there any consequences if I cancel my free trial. Please pay attention to this guy , even I have reported directly to jio customer care
