I called GTPL customer care to shift my service to new location. Initially 2 guys came and said they cannot install since the black box(Might be some GTPL server box) is not installed so they cannot shift service to new place. So had to wait till the team install the black box. I followed up 2 -3 days to know when they will install the so called box so that I can use services but no update. Post 3 days I was of town on holidays for 7 days and that’s when the team called and said now we can install wifi at new place. I explained them about my situation and informed that I would be available on 14th Mar. However due to some emergency I have to leave urgently for Anand on 14th Mar. I called to update the same to the Gtpl team and the engineer guy started talking rudely that my ticket will get closed and don’t complaint if have to pay the installation charge 2nd time. I reminded him that when I followed up multiple times no one showed up and now saying ticket will get closed if not available on 14th. I mean so humanity whether the customer is in some sort of emergency. Top of that the engineer guy accusing me that because of me it is delayed and that if I argue more he will close the ticket right away. This was very disappointing and a very very very rude response from the engineer guy. No sense of responsibility and taking ownership. Just because I paid charges for moving service way back in advance this guys has gutts to threaten that he will close the ticket and I will have to pay again. Am very furious with this kind of behavior of the engineer guy and I genuinely want some strict actions to be taken against him.
