I am in bus traveling from isb to Karachi, departed from isb on 5th August.
We reached Rahim yar khan on 6th August at 11am, road hostess announced 20 mins break at terminal but it been more than an hour passed and there is no clue when we move towards to our destination.
While asked by passenger from driver the driver ignored the passenger and was involved in gossip with road hostess. When passenger and we start asking he got annoyed and started misbehaving and threating to passenger, apparently road hostess start shout which video we recording as well.
This type of service and attitude can not be tolerated. Very pathetic and untrained people serving in Faisal movers. Really disappointed.

There are found some other problem just like LCD screen not working
WIFI connected but no internet
Executive class is like third class compartment
My departure place is 250 km far and driver said to bus hostess that collect the handsfree from passengers early in the morning at 5 o’clock.
And also button off from switch board of WIFI and LCD screen.
And that’s why we are unable to charge our mobile fones and our mobile fones not working.
It means that totally 3rd class unfaithful service for more than 6 hours .
My opinion for traveling in faisal mover is not Better than train .
I say very sorry.
