Dear Team,
This is in reference to my term insurance policy which I wanted to purchase. I visited policy bazar for a good plan and was comparing different different plans over there. I wanted to do a complete research before purchasing any plans as one purchase a term insurance plan once in a life. I have still not decided which plan I have to purchase but will be able to do in future. First time when I visited their website, I received an automatic call from their customer care. I told them to give some time. I had told them that I can decide what to do by visiting their website. I requested not to call me but since the executive was insisting a lot to call me back therefore I told him to call me back. He used to call me during my office hours which becomes very unofficial thing for me. Today i.e. January 21, 2023, I again received a call. I told him not to call me please. Vut, in today’s call, he was very rude in conversation. He was saying that I will never buy a plan as I haven’t done it in last 30 days. He was speaking in a way that he knows my finances better than me.
Every customer care executive is a brand ambassador of Policy Bazar. I request you to please take some necessary actions against that customer care executive.
This is a new type of cyber crime where they humiliate the person and force to buy anything whatever they want.
