Text of Complaint by A SHRIDHAR:

1. I, A Shridhar, Subscription ID 1084520749, having a Std STB No 027855160118, with Digicard No 000096342688 had placed a request for upgrading my STB on your Website through an online chat.

2. I received a call from TataSky asking for all details and confirming the same. and was assured that the technician will visit shortly.

3. After about Three hours I have again got a call from 912067309200 who repeatedly asked me the same set of questions and repeatedly asked me to confirm to each of his question. Some very stupid ones like what was my mobile no when he himself has called up on the number.

4. when I asked him not to waste my time, but get the job done at the earliest, he said he will Not (Not) place my request order and cut the call.

5. Such an ostentatious behavious by a call centre employee towards a customer is totally unacceptable. I am sure you have the ways and means to iden the employee and also go through the call centre records.

6. May I request you to kindly look into the matter and inform me of the action taken, as also kindly inform me on the next level to raise the complaint .
