I received a call from Star Health Insurance, and the representative was so disrespectful that I had to repeatedly tell them that I did not require insurance. I accidentally browsed their website once a few months ago (3 to 4 months ago), but after hearing about their insurance plans, I immediately said I wasn’t interested. Nevertheless, I continued to receive calls on a weekly and occasionally daily basis. On August 30, I was called once again. I responded in a loud voice that I didn’t need insurance and asked them to stop calling me.

For that, the agent is asking why so. why you do not want it? you only visited the website and don’t lie you do not need insurance. tell me the reason why you do not want insurance since you have visited the website. this is the questioning attitude he showed up during the phone call.
