HI All,
I was supposed to receive my product today Shipment FMPP0749443959 when I called the delivery to tell that my primary mobile number is wrongly mentioned in the address i.e. 9112322032 however also informed him the secondary number is correct 9112322023.
Delivery person named Ankit confirmed this to me at 5 PM , he literally told me it will take 3 hours to come to my location and rudely told me that I know the number and he will connect me to my secondary contact number : 9112322023 .
7 PM when I called him he literally was cutting my call – 7:30 when Anki somehow received the call he denied that I ever spoke with him regarding the contact number and he tried reaching both numbers it was not reachable …..! HOW A GUY GIVING THIS LAME REASON !!! MY MOBILE IS TURNED ON EVERY INCOMING OUTGOING CALL was WORKING COMPLETELY FINE!!! LOOKING AT THE DEADLINE 16th MAY they are trying to escape !!
IT WAS BIRTHDAY GIFT WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE TODAY!!! PROACTIVELY I WAS FOLLOWING UP ON THIS BUT DELIVERY GUY ANKIT as he confirmed his name on call SIMPLY IGNORING ON THIS!!!
I want STRICT ACTION ON THIS CASE BECOZ OF HIS lethargicness I MISSED MY PARCEL !!!! VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR HOWEVER I POLITE THROUGH THE TIME COZ I WANTED MY PARCEL !!!
