I was connected to one of you Team Leader whose name was shivnath today, instead of resolving my issue related to voice purpose he was disappointing me i cant understand what they are doing there they are just doing there time pass i want a correct resolution related to my voice call rates purpose otherwise i dont want to be a part of your airtel member the way of talking from your team leader was very rush i agree that i have knowledge of you floor so that’s not mean that he behave like a rude person to me and yes you can hear the call also.
