Dear Sir, I have taken loan from Rufilo on 06.06.2022 Rs 24000 and need to do repayment 24174.
but I could not able to do loan repayment due to financial problem. I repaid 10000.00 on 13th Sept 22 and rest amount dues. I said to collection team that i will repay rest dues amount as soon as possible. now financial problem is not good so could not able to do repay.
today 19.07.2023, one of your recovery man (SOURAV SINHA) visited my home as I’m not in home but this man rude behaved from my mother and also said to my mother that where you son will get, I will beat up him.
what is this ?? is this type character employee joined in your company?
so request you please contact your employee sourav sinha punished him as he is not authorised to do rude behaviour and threaten from my mother and anyone customer.
also I’m going to police station to do FIR against him and company also about rude and threaten.
