Ayan Das, the person in question cut the call on my face when I asked for simple answers on why my ‘unlimited’ internet was not working for the past 5 hours. He refused to connect me to his superior and consistently just told me to wait like a broken record. This entire company is nothing but a scam as I had these problems very frequently and they told me it was due to me not having an Optic fiber. I have purchased and installed the fibre and the problems have intensified. If nothing is done I will surely be taking legal action.
