Hi this is akash kk from kar my mobile number is 9916214890. 2 days back i have received roll call from airtel number 08214193750
Saying rude words for the payment. Are airtel are lossed the professional? I got a call for the payment i have informed airtel agent as i am facing issue of network and data i have escalated issue from past 3 month he has not patience of listening my words started taking rude word he has told me to throw the airtel sim and make payment i got surprised does airtel says . This is way you ppl treat ? I have all recordings of conversations i need serious action ! If not i will publish all proof of audio recordings in social media
This is about the Airtel Employees placed at Electronic city, Infosys branch, Bangalore.

It was a very simple query – Needed a SIM replacement, as the Network connection was declined.
I S S U E :
Krishnaveni had asked me to bring a Xerox copy of an identity proof.
Once when it was given, employee Narashima (Who was at the desk) did not accept the proof and when i told him that it was suggested previously by employee Krishnaveni (Not there at that time), he declined it and started talking in another call, when i asked him again for what needs to be given as proof, he started talking very rude in local language. He did not know how to respond back in basic English as well.
He had a very aggressive kind of voice gesture.
When i informed that this will be raised with Airtel support, then he had replied that he is least bothered about any sort of complaints raised.
Such a behavior to a customer really demotivates and makes me move to a new service, because of such empolyee, Airtel is only losing its Branding, Rather than being promotional .
