Regarding RUDE BEHAVIOUR by (SARAN KUMAR-CRO) karappakam OMR chennai Airtel showroom
Im writing this complaint with high frustration,Hope the Hierarchy should intervine in this issue by calling any of us to mentioned number below and sort the issue
Today my spouse visited Airtel Showroom karappakkam OMR,Chennai 600 097 with my 10 month old baby, she is having sim card issue so went their to sort out, Respected Mr.Sarankumar Employee of the store attended her,he asked some proof Hard copy. she clearly explained the situation that she only holding Digital copy she asked help to take Print in the office, Mr.Sarankumar responded Sarcastically not even empathised, directly he said he cannot do anything “Go and get it from home”
My spouse called me and explained what happened, I spoke with Karan CRO through call and requested again saying she came aloan with baby kindly help her,Even while activating my dongle earlier some other staff helped me to get Hard copy, for that he spoke very arogant and rude by saying do escalate wherever you want we cannot do anything,I asked him i want to speak with Store manager he just denied saying he went out for smoking..(seriously its very rude response)
Its Really BAD experience for us,Kindly take time to read it again to understand the sensitve issue.
