Text of Complaint by Kushagra Tewari:

My AIRTEL number is 9619521614previously used by me in Mumbai and plan is activated of 299. Recently I’ll transfer from Mumbai to Lucknow and facing network issues when I visited your store in lucknow gole market customer care Ms Naina told me to change circle. She changed my circle and my plan also without any information. Later I received my bill when I go through with it I saw my plan is been changed after that I visited your office and meet naina she told me that she will refund 100 rupees.
I have word with your senior executive he also not able to take any decision on this. My complaint number is 31-1454835707308

Now the current scenario is my bill is too much high and frustrated from AIRTEL service and support Either resolved this on urgent basis or I have to take this to consumer court.
