Text of Complaint by Mallikarjun Jv:

I have booked the ticket through Abhibus to Sri Krishna Travels from Hyderabad to Bangalore.
My ticket id is AV5741379171, Seat no: L10, pick up location at Nizampet, drop location at Silk board, Travelling date is 03rd July 2023.

Bus delayed in dropping at my location due to bus driver and other staff personal business like carrying the logistic goods in bus and Taken time for each location 30mins to handover those materials. My actual drop time at 9:30am but due to their personal interest of their own business I decided to dropdown at Marathahalli at 11:15am. If I would I have continued the journey I would have taken much timer like it may have reached at 1pm or more than that time. Due this I lost my interview to attend and I logged half day in my office. I can understand bangalore traffic but I can’t accept the negligence of passenger time by bus staff. Due to their personal business I lost my half day salary in my office and I lost an great opportunity of interview for my next job.
I have reached to Abhibus and complained on the same. I have requested to repay my amount which is I spent on Rapido cab and bus ticket but they denaid to pay the same. But eventually they have charged me 189 additional for delay of the bus and cancellation of the bus will be paid 150% but when I reached with this issue they simply denied and disconnected my call.
