The delivery agent came to pick my return pickup of Tira package but he abused and used foul language with me and i sulted and talked in a very rudely manner. He initially told me to wait for 10 mins at the door. I waited for 15 mins still he was busy talking with someone. When I reminded him about the parcel. He came and again started talking on phone for 10 mins more. I asked him whether he wants to pickup my parcel or not . So in return he used very bad language and used bad words. I tried contacting the Delivery agency team and their customer support but nothing’s working . The call is transferring to IVR call. Please help
