Order ID – OD125631359834538000 dated 02.08.2022. Invoice No. FA CNJ52300015852. Item was delivered on 09.08.2022. Delivery boy refuse to deliver the parcel at door step or even nearby, despite several requests. He ask me to come to him for pickup. Started quarreling in call with my husband. He was rude and unprofessional. If customer has to go and cover a long distance for collecting ordered item, then what is the purpose of online shopping?. Take stringent action against that unprofessional delivery boy who thinks that he is giving me the said item in charity . No action taken against so-called Sonu Raghuwanshi.
