I am rahul mamaniya was travelling with my entire family(INCLUDE 5KIDS) from vadodara to mumbai in LUXURY Bus known as Kabra EXPRESS LOGISTICS PVT LTD. On 19.09.2023.
Following are the grievance which I request to register.
1.BUS in which I and my family were travelling was having their staff viz:-one driver and one attendent(cleaner etc). The staff rudely and insultingly behaved with my father having age of 67year.
2. Bus was completely un-hygenic & uncleaned such as sleeper cabin shutter door channel completely filled with dust, garbages and small insects.
3. BED SHEET AND PILLOW COVER WERE STINKING and in torn condition.
