This incident happened at Dubai Airport by Check-in Manager – Suhail from SpiceJet where this guy Suhail refused to let me go without RTPCR for my 9 year old boy and allowed other kids who did not have RTPCR just because that child was 6 years old . And the answer he is giving me is that child is 6 so I am allowing her and your child is 9 so stopped me….
To which when i argued on this bias behavior he is telling me rudely “JUST GO”
I contacted the nodal officer of SpiceJet too and they are not helping with any solution
I had to run pillar to post to get RTPCR done for my kid so that we don’t miss the flight and iIsee he was conveniently allowing other kids who were above 5 and with RTPCR
