This is to bring to your notice, I was travelling with my kid and husband from Dubai to Mumbai on 20th Oct (1:30 am Flight) where I missed doing RTPCR of my child, to which i was denied access which was FAIR from SPICEJET but i agreed to go out of the airport with all my luggage and child take a cab go to another terminal , do my RTCR wait for the report again take a cab and come back to this terminal for checkin…AND TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I COME BACK THE MANAGER WHO I HAD REQUESTED SO MANY TIMES TO LET ME GO WITHOUT RTPCR TO MY DISBELIEF WAS ALLOWING OTHER KIDS WITHOUT RTPCR…..
I WAS LIKE why this BIAS behaviour to which he answers me your child is 9 and the other 2 passengers children are 6 and 7 so they cant go running like your child…
I was like r u serious???????? is this the answer you give me and then he replied “JUST GO”
I complained to NODAL officer of SPICEJET WHO SAID THE OTHER KIDS WHO WERE ALLOWED WERE BELOW 5 ..NOW MY QUESTION IS HOW DOES HE KNOW WHICH KIDS AM I TALKING ABOUT???
IS HE TRYING TO TELL ME THAT NO KIDS ON THAT FLIGHT WERE ABOVE 5
THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS
SUCH DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE.THIS AIRLINES NEED TO SHUT
