Hi RBL

Hi,
This is vinodh past 3years I’m using RBL credit card I need to close the card so I’m trying to call customer care they informed me to wait then I got a call from collection team 2 month before one of mangar spoken regarding this he told that you have loan, pay this month card minimum amount then wait for 2months loan also it will come under our collection team then both will give settlement, yesterday one of collection member came to meet and explain about my settlement he called to manage he likes to speak only with his team, executive called today he telling small amount mangar will not involve. Need take action Again I’m getting same issue very rude

Every month I’ll get call past 6 month I’m asking for settlement they telling still we didn’t received approval
Pradeep called me and told me bro pay 10400 then u will get settlement for next month I believes him , I told them I don’t have money right now he told to me I will pay the amount but I told I don’t have money
Again today I received call and speaking very bad.kindly help on this
