I was shifting from Hyderabad to Gurgaon .so I have taken NOC from Hyderabad RTO . However later The plan was cancelled so I gave the money and documents to RTO Agent Abdul Naveed Shaik (******0927) . He kept dwlaying work . He asked me multiplw times to RTA office for signature but work not done, somwtime he is telling work is fone i will send courier in 2 days , somwtimws he says officer is on leave it will take few more days .. as days pass, he is becoming rudw and finally asked me to not call him again ..
My intension is to aware people about him so that others should not face same problem.
