RTO Agent Uma Adhikrao Awghad (+91 9307078249) at Pune MH12 RTO, took 1500 from me for obtaining NOC of my 2 Wheler all papers were given to her but she keep delaying the work n finally she admitted that she is unable to do the said work. and told me that she will be refunding back my money however it is now more than 6 months she even stopped receiving my calls. beware of such agents n make people aware about this kind of people looting hard earned money.
