This RTO agent named Sanjay Nagpal asked me for Rs. 7000 in total in 3 steps and told me to help in getting 2 challans cleared for offences made – one in Noida and the other in Gurgaon. He asked me for license and other details and then after taking money, he enacted to be genuine for a month and later blocked me and never provided his service to get the challans cleared.
