The RTO agent Indore Name Mr Pravin Ahirkar have taken my NoC and RC of 2 wheeler ( Jupiter) which I have transferred from Nagpur to Indore along with my original document and 8000/- it’s now 4 months he is not giving my new RC or either of documents and payment back even he is not responding the calls also
