In this context, it is intimated that in my amazon pay balance was deducted of amount Rs. 600/- automatically on dated 23-0-2022 when I received a msg. I had lodged a complaint to amazon investigation team, but no response received by investigation team and after that I have lodge a complaint amazon customer care service to refund the amount in my amazon pay balance then he said that wait upto 6 days after I have refund the amount but today when I call regarding to refund my amount then he said that no refund will be amount to you because you have to do own self entry, but I have no any entry done then he said that complaint against amazon to cyber cell and police. so, you are requested to refund the my amount in my account at the earliest, please.
