Rs 51832 debited from ZIP Mobikwik without my notice. When I received SMS of transaction I was shocked & immediately lodged complaint and sent mail to them, I also lodged complaint in Cyber cell. It appears that it’s internal fraud. Their customer care cell is useless even they don’t entertain complaint of such kind of fraud. I sent mail also but they have not responded so far.
