Myself Himanshu Tiwari, I was recharging my jio no. through my jio app,when i came to payment page then i selected paytm upi id id for payment, after it i got a link for payment from paytm payment bank…..
but at first the recharge was unsuccessful so i tried again so it asked me to type amount of money to be sent to jio@citibank …..
so i entered rs.394 amount for recharge but then the money was deducted from my paytm account and sent to Reliance jio infocomm but my recharge was not done and also i did not get any msgg related to recharge.
Please try to refund my money rs.394
