Hi Team,
My name is Nitu Chhetri, I booked ticket on 9th March 2022 from CCU to IXB from travolook account. My balance RS.3415 got deducted but on the same time tickets got canceled, when I called customer support they told me that from airlines its got canceled and amount will be refund back in source account with in 10 days…
I called several times but agents are very rude no resolution given and even disconnected calls.
7 days ago I checked my balance in travolook wallet. Without my consent how they can transfer my balance into travolook wallet.
Now I am trying to book ticket from wallet a error coming since 5 days (Due to technical maintenance, you can’t use wallet balance for next 48 to 72 hours. We apologies for the inconvenience caused.).. They are cheating with Customer.
Please help me on This.
