I received a bill on 10/04/2021 with an added development charge of Rs 3275/- on top of the actual units i consumed, when called the TSNPDCL billing department regarding the development charges . They say its deposit amount and talk rubbish .
The whole point is that TSNPDCL is looting the consumers without providing the exact reason. I request you to wave off those charges of Rs 3275/- on my bill.
