I am Sandeep Kumar From Narhar, Chirawa, Rajasthan 333035 and working in UNITED NATION MISSON Mali(Africa).
I have 1 VI number#9667176115 on my name and using by my Wife Ravita Kumari. i am complaining for VI Fraud that they are giving Recharge offer for 4g Plan and internet is working like 2g. I have recharged my number 9667176115 on 3rd may 2023 2899 1.5GB data per day(Operator Reference Number-ONR2305030358160008) and now I am facing a internet speed problem and unable to talk via WhatsApp with my family. Everyday i have same issue and my wife is complain very much about internet speed.

So I need my refund of recharge and i am planning to port my connection in another service provider.
