Sir,
I was trying to recharge BSNL Top up currency to my Cell No.9481191701 on 1st May 2020 and the amount of Rs.214.00 debited from my bank account but the process of recharging the BSNL currency has not fulfilled. I therefore request you to kindly reverse the transaction at the earliest.
