Urgent Complaint Regarding Uncredited Deposit and Lack of Customer Support Response

Dear Betinexchange Support Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue I am facing with my recent deposit. On 1st January 2025, I deposited Rs 20,000 from my credit card into my Betinexchange wallet. However, despite the amount being debited from my credit card, the balance has not been added to my wallet.

I have been trying to reach out to your customer support team multiple times, but I have not received any satisfactory or prompt response. This delay is causing a significant inconvenience and concern.

I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently, ensure that the deposit is credited to my wallet immediately, and provide a clear explanation for the delay. I expect a prompt resolution of this issue.
