On 8 september, I received this message saying payment of Rs. 199 for Amazon e-mandate SIHubld WhlBx5ZSXZ has been processed successfully on my SBI debit card. I didn’t receive any OTP for the transaction and that makes it a serious issue.
Its my earnest request, kindly resolve this problem.
I too used to get the same message since a couple of months. Today i got the same message & later i checked my bank statement then i found out that it was being deducted since 3 months. Luckily Axis bank sent a link below to deactivate the mandate. When i logged in & checked what was it being deducted for, i came to know it was for Amazon Audible which was activated by Amazon without my consent or by taking false consent. Your payment must be getting deducted for the same reason i believe. Please try to login on your SBI Net Banking website & disable the mandate if you havent yet.
