Rs. 1499, without OTP or authoriszation has been cut from my credit card by A,azon India CYBS SI. This is not correct and should be reversed. Kindly help.

dated : 05/11/2023 i got a message such as “Transaction of Rs.1,499.00 at AMAZON INDIA CYBS SI against E-mandate (SiHub ID – Wqy7Ruxe4l) registered by you at merchant has been debited to your SBI Credit Card ending 0052 on 05-11-23. To manage E-mandate, click”

but that transaction not been ask otp and automatically debited from credit card.
