Dear sir,
I have load money rs 10000(ten thousand) debited from my Acccount but transfer amount was not received in teen patti app(in my account id) & it was showing transaction failed in teen patti app but debited from my account. I try to drop my concern to teen patti app which is there in history chat as no responses received. I contact my bank and state my concern they said my amount is stuck in server.. and will be reverse back or credited to beneficiaries account but wait till cooling period(3-4) days. When cooling period completed I contact my bank and raise complaint. Now they said in 15 days of time this will be resolve I waited for 15 days.. and again contact to my bank.. now they ensure to wait for one more days. Last night(21-12-22) one message received that your complaint has been closed as the amount is been successful credited to beneficiaries account. But the amount is not showing in teen patti id. Kindly tell me what all this is and i want my money refunded in my bank account only. Kindly help me in this matter.
