I have done a recharge of plan 999 for Jio Fiber. Jio Fiber had changed as below:
744.02 (Plan Charge) + 119.00 (Platform Services)+ (77.67*2) (C&S GST) = 1018.36 (Total)
In addition to this Jio has charged 160.46 as RRFL FinInstlmnt 01M
Total they have changed 1018.36 + 160.46 = 1178.82
So can you ask Jio to explain the bifurcation of the bill? and why they charging below additinal amount
