Hi All,
Last February me and my wife went in a trip to Lonavla . There a marketing person of Royals Moonlight resort told us a free holiday voucher we won by scratching a card and asked us to collect the following day. There they gave their presentation and convinced us to take their membership. We have paid 70000 INR as initial down payment for a 10 year holiday membership.
Later after that we searched google and found out that scam people this way and also found few consumer complaints as well.
We even raised a request for cancellation to them within 3-4 days but still they denied and we have not got any refund.
Pls help us in getting the refund for the cancellation .
