Fake presentations were presented to us while selling their services. Of course, at the time of purchase we were not aware of the scam. After purchasing the service, the truth was revealed. The service provided by them is mostly opposite of what was promised. The service is pathetic for the price we’ve paid. Our 80000+ amount seems of going waste. This company promises to give us best service in the tours and travel industry. Guarantying us to accommodate in 4-star and 5-star hotels for 7days and 6 nights per year from the list that they will provide us. Even claims that they are better than Club Mahindra Holidays. But when we chose the best hotels from the list, they are never available for bookings. Instead, they will indirectly force us to book in a hotel that cost less and probably not even 4-star or 5-star. Apart from the 80000+ amount we are asked to pay Annual Maintenance Charge Rs.9500+18% GST (which is not fixed amount) every year in the 5 years duration, if we want to avail 7 days 6 night’s stay. During the time of sale, sales team conveys that they will be available 24×7 to help us post-sales for our dream vacation stay plans. But in reality, then we customers are the one who keeps calling them over and over again to take follow-ups on the holiday bookings. Additionally, the dates that I provided them for bookings have come closer, and in spite of coordinating with them from past 1 month we haven’t received any confirmation on our hotel bookings. Also, we are not the only people going through this, recently we came in contact with many such people who got scammed by them.
