For the trip for Goa, we were provided the list of multiple resorts which included 3 & 4 star resorts as well. Later on, Mr. Deepak stated that only 3 resorts are available in Goa of which none were even 3 star. After multiple chases, booking was confirmed in Casa De Katson and after 2 days when we called the hotel to confirm the same, they said it has been cancelled due to some xyz reason. Our booking was made in a cheap hotel Windsor Bay resort for 3 days without our consent. Once the resort confirmation was received via email, Mr. Deepak was harassing to pay the AMC and was using abusive language.
The team has no ethics, no professionalism and the customer support associates do not know anything except Mr. Deepak. There is no escalation matrix or any other boss. Their whole system is crap, no website, no hotels, no apps, nothing.
