I have taken holiday plan membership of Royals club international last year in July and they have promised for no extra money and also not allowed us to read complete contract as they were created a hurry environment. After reading complete contract at home I understand that it is totally mis guided plan so I applied for cancellation and refund but then they told that It is not refundable or cancellable which was not told us prior. Also they have sold same plans on different benefits and different rates to different customers. When I again discussed about this difference then they offered and provide me a certain small amount cheque in next month. I need to cancel this membership which I have not used till now as It is asking for extra charges on every booking other than membership charge which already paid by me during contract signing. They not described in details during contract signing about this extra charges on every bookings.
