First of all from Matheran station we have been given by a sales person a scratch card from that we won gift subject to attending their minimum 1 hr. presentation. We have attended those presentation for in which we have been represented by Azhar Shaikh & Neha Silva. Based on the presentation given by them we have obtain the 28 days domestic + international membership for Rs. 86,000/- with one complementary voucher & one gift voucher. While we tried booking from gifted voucher they said this can not be used during Oct. to Feb. & we have booked from complementary voucher from so many hurdles. Now we are trying to book for Maldives apx. since last 2 months they are saying you have to pay 359 USD as a exchange fees & 76 USD per person per night for Meal which is compulsory. Now our sales executive said please to talk to our head Mr. Nayeem Shah he given us property list at maldives for which we have to pay arr. 35k from that amt. we can also book this property with this amt. from other booking site also. Then after he said please talk to HOD Uttambhai when we have contacted him he said please contact Mr. Deepak Kumar we have contacted him after so many days he said either you jave to book those property with 359 USD payment which we can book through other site too or you have to pay that much big amt. i.e. 359 USD + Min. 1520.40 USD for water Villa. When I have contacted today Mr. Deepak Kumar for discussion he replyed very rudely and asked not to contact again and used very rough language and disconnected the call. I have call recording with Mr. Deepak kumar here it is not possible to attach that otherwise I wanted to share it here. We have mailed to cancel our membership and refund our full amt. but still no reply received. Guys today i.e. on 06/02/23 Mr. Deepak Kumar crossed his limit and replyed too roughly with a femal person. Guys don’t waste your money this Royals club is totally fraud.
