I have been using the Royal Win betting app (royalwin.win or similar) and won Rs 10,670 legitimately. I requested withdrawal on or around [exact date if you remember, else say 5+ days ago]. The support team (agents like Nari, Angela, Ziyou) has been delaying it for over 5 days with repeated excuses like “awaiting financial team review”, “banking instability”, “minor delay”, etc.
They sent a fake receipt/screenshot claiming the amount was transferred on 11 February 2026 with UTR/reference numbers (e.g., 20636754, 604276809875, SBI branch SBIN0012054), beneficiary name SATYAPRAKASH PATI, amount Rs 10,670, status “COMPLETE”. However, I checked my SBI bank account (YONO app/transaction history) multiple times – NO credit has been received. No real transaction appears in my account history.
This is clear online fraud: they are sending edited/fake UTR receipts to pretend the payment is done, while holding my winnings. Support keeps repeating vague promises without any real action, transaction ID proof, or timeline. I have all screenshots saved: my winning balance, withdrawal request, full chat logs with agents, fake receipt, and their excuses.
This matches many other complaints against Royal Win on this site (withdrawal pending, fake proofs, cheating). I demand immediate refund/credit of Rs 10,670 to my account. If not resolved, I will escalate to cybercrime.gov.in and other platforms.
