I had ordered a shoe rack worth ₹4501 via online purchase. Firstly at the time of dispatch they told me that the product is damaged and they do not make this furniture any more. I had to call several times to confirm cancellation. Even after several calls thru did not update their system. I had to make several calls for refund also and everytime they say they will check and call back but that never happens. This the limit of harassment for the customers.
