Hi All,
Last September me and my wife went in a trip to Goa. There a marketing person of Royals Moonlight resort told us a free holiday voucher we won by scratching a card and asked us to collect the following day. There they gave their presentation and convinced us to take their membership. We have paid 1,05,000 INR as initial down payment for a 5 year holiday membership.
They gave us RM where she never responds to our calls or messages. After a vigorous struggle she responded one day and said she can’t help us getting reservation and we need to email to their reservation team for this. Then we decided we do not wish to use your services and refund back. She denied that as well, all the promises made during signing up were fake and false. It’s complete breach of trust.
Later after that we searched google and found out that scam people this way and also found few consumer complaints as well.
We even raised a request for cancellation to them but still they denied and we have not got any refund.
Pls help us in getting the refund for the cancellation .
