Timeline starts as: As shared by other victims who fell for their trap, we’re in Goa in Feb 2024 and we’re offered a scratch card for lucky draw followed by their usual tactics of taking you to some hotel for a seminar and then misled us into taking the membership on pretext of offering 5 star hotel bookings on one time payment and also leverage of it to be used any other family members and friends, they also mentioned that Mariott, Hyatt etc are also in line of their contract, they have hotels all over India including MP (state), and bookings can be done on the application or the through the agent who lured us into taking the membership, there was no mention of “AMC’ but they just wanted to 2 references every 2 year not subjected to take up their membership. We paid it full amount of 1,18,000 Rs. in Goa. And since then we’re emailing them for bookings, app log in and other details but every time they fail to offer any resolution and keep on asking for different charges from us without any confirmation of bookings and the hotel they have in their list are only 3 star or below property with poor amenities.
If any one has any video proof, recording which could lead to prove the scam, or any guidance on how to use them and get the money back, please kindly response.
