The salespeople came in person and showed us the hotels and property around world in which we can stay. We were planning a trip for September so they also showed us the properties for that place and we went over a few things with them and purchased a membership for Rs 2.9 Lac which allowed us 70 nights of stay in any of their listed or partner properties for upto 3 adults and said for 4th adult it would be Rs 1490 extra. We cleared everything with them such as able to book all the stay through their portal and ability to use any number of days in a particular year with no blackout dates and no additional fees for anything.
After we did all the payment, they stopped answering our calls and they said our portal login would come in 2-3 days after payment but it didn’t. We had to keep on calling them and finally when they gave the login, the portal had nothing. No ability to book anything. It looks like an empty website and when we asked them they said it will be updated in 4 days and it’s almost a month which means they are fraud. The sellers whom we spoke to blocked us and the mail they sent has all different terms and conditions than the one we were told.
When we asked them to book our September stay they asked us to pay more $359 + 18% GST
They have harassed us, not picking the call, doing back and forth, not making the bookings and not we know that they are fraud and we want our money back. They keep on saying we will provide the service but they are doing back and forth and not obeying what they said and is extremely rude and unprofessional. They speak in a ruthless tone when we counter question them.
