Text of Complaint by Prasanna Dhakshinamoorthy:

I have purchased RE classic 350 Black in the month of july in Annai motors, Tiruchirapalli. On the first day after riding 10kms my bike stopped and i called the technician and he checked and cleared it for that time and said to get the vehicle to showroom the very next day, and I did that, On the next day they were assured it is just a small issue where all the new bikes would have and they confirmed that I won’t be having any issues here after.

Then Yesterday (08-09-2021) , I was travelling with my wife and 2.5 year old around 40kms away from the city at 7pm my bike stops and there was no ignition in the middle of road.I was totally confused and in that situation we didn’t have any person to help . I Trust RE before but now these issues are making customers a lot to think about and I have paid nearly 2lakhs to purchase this bike just to stand somewhere in the middle of an highway road with my family , and sake i paid 1800 rupees to carry the bike from that place.

I am totally disappointed with RE now , I have attached the images of my day 1 repair and yesterday image . Look in to it and hope to get a relevant and permanent solution and more over I don’t need an automated message from RE for this mail . I need a concrete solution.
