Hi sir/madam
Recently I’ve registered a complaint regarding the service of my bike TN 43 M 5493 the complaint id CAS-41145794-X6Q4H6 and the bike was meant to be given to me a month and half before but till the date there was no response from the service centre or by the service team hence I visited the showroom today and the response was harsh and irrelevant i gave the requested documents on the same day that i gave the bike on the showroom and after all these time the bike hasn’t been touched nor it’s still standing where it was left and the showroom staff hasn’t started any paperwork regarding the service of the bike it’s been so long for a small repair work
It’s so irresponsible for the royal Enfield service team I hope i get to an response soon hopefully
